Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year
On June 29, 2023, InnovaQor, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Certificate of Amendment to its Articles of Incorporation with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada to increase the Company’s authorized common stock from 325,000,000 to 2,000,000,000 shares. A copy of the Certificate of Amendment is filed as Exhibit 3.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
