Other commitments description This company shall be paid $60,000 upon receipt of funding from an outside source or within 90 days of signing the agreement. The $60,000 has been paid subsequent to March 31, 2023. On June 1, 2022, the agreement was extended for another year. The Company continues to owe the amounts provided for in the original agreement and the new agreement increases the monthly fee from $3,500 to $4,500.
