Sharon Hollis

CEO, Director

Sharon transitioned from property sales in NY and Florida into Healthcare in 2010 when she oversaw the development of a proprietary lab ordering and reporting software, Advantage, which allowed doctors and clinical laboratories to evolve from paper orders and reports with minimal disruption and cost. Sharon oversaw the evolution of Advantage to a fully integrated product that allowed real time tracking of lab samples and their results from sample collection to reporting and billing. Sharon sold her interests in this software into the predecessor of Rennova Health, Inc., Medytox Solutions, Inc. in 2012 and was the VP of Operations of the corporate office to 2015 overseeing sales development, development of software products and their integration and medical billing related processes. From October 2015, as the owner of PetVetCorp, Inc., Sharon built a veterinarian health records software and application to facilitate pet records and scheduling of various services for an owner, in an App for their phone.

Sharon re-joined Rennova in 2016 and became the COO of the software division, HTS in 2018. Sharon has been focused on setting direction for the software division in anticipation of a separation from Rennova Health and has been engaged in the provision of software solutions to Rennova Health’s hospital entities for real-time reporting and analysis of billing related data in easy to utilize dashboards for management. Sharon’s focus is on the provision of easy-to-use software solutions that create efficient solutions and visual interpretation of necessary and actionable data and information.

Martin Mellon

CIO

Martin has 30 years’ experience in IT having graduated from Queens University Belfast in Languages and History. Following a fast-moving career in General Management he made the change to IT in 1986 starting off as an Assembler programmer. Since then, Martin has created and lead multi discipline, multi geography Software Delivery units from 20 to 400 staff in Retail, Utilities, Telephony, Speech Technology, Finance, Insurance Investment Banking and more recently Healthcare. He has operated at Executive level since 1999 and completed a Post-Grad Diploma in Company Direction in 2001. Having set up and run wholly owned subsidiaries of US companies in Northern Ireland, he sat on several committees advising government on IT strategy and direct foreign investment and University liaison. Martin is also a Certified Lead Auditor for IT. Prior to joining Rennova he was a member of the Executive team at Citibank’s facility in Belfast where he ran the Global Transaction Services Group.

At Rennova, HTS and InnovaQor Martin has filled the role of CTO/CIO and has been responsible for all software and hardware projects in the company specifically in the areas of Lab Information Systems, Electronic Health Records, Genomics, Revenue Cycle Management and Business Intelligence. He has also been involved in the acquisition and divestiture of multiple labs and rural healthcare facilities.

Tom  Bellante

Acting CFO

Thomas J. Bellante has been practicing in public accounting since 1969. In November 2019 he started the CPA Firm of Thomas J. Bellante CPA PA where he is the Managing Partner. It is a firm that assists smaller Public Companies with their SEC filing requirements. Since 2012 until 2020, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Garyn Angel Enterprises, Inc., a company that designs, develops, markets and distributes products that provide consumers the ability to refine herbs into topical preparations and ingredients for edibles. He also has been with Surety Accounting Services since their inception in June of 2018. He was a shareholder with that Firm handling tax planning, tax return preparation, financial consulting and bookkeeping for its clients. Prior to that, He has been with Green & Company, CPA’s since their inception in January 2015, He currently is that Firm’s Audit Quality Control Director. Prior to that he was a member of Warren Averett, LLC, He joined the legacy firm of Pender McNulty & Newkirk in April of 1976. In 1981, he became a partner of that firm. Bellante led that Firm’s Audit Department and established the SEC Practice Division. Under his leadership, that firm’s SEC Practice Division was ranked 48th in Bowman First Alert’s 2006 list of the Top 100 Public Company Accounting Firms in the U.S.

He served as that Firm’s Managing Partner from 1989 to 2005, growing the company to a 52-person CPA firm. Pender Newkirk & Company joined forces with Warren Averett, LLC in January 2013. Warren Averett, with more than 800 employees, is presently ranked among the nation’s Top 30 accounting firms. Bellante served as a leader of that Firm’s SEC Practice Group.

Bellante has extensive experience in assisting companies with their initial public offerings, secondary offerings, various Securities and Exchange Commission filings, reverse acquisitions, merger and acquisition planning and analysis, assistance in obtaining bank financing, private placement memorandums and estate tax planning. He is primarily responsible for auditing and tax planning functions for publicly owned companies, including public shells, and private closely held companies.

His industry experience includes reporting public shell corporations, construction firms, software developers, manufacturing companies, R.V. dealerships, mortgage brokers and bankers, brokerage dealers, international communication system companies, real estate developers, data processing companies, import/export companies, development stage enterprises and multi-state/international corporate conglomerates.

Joe Callahan

Marketing Manager

Joe is a seasoned marketing professional with over 25 years of experience across industries that include telecommunications, fiber optics, retail, digital signage and predictive analytics. With a marketing degree from Westminster College, Joe began his career as a public-school teacher before transitioning into the fiber optics industry where he was instrumental in assisting the Navy with its program to replace copper cabling with fiber optics on Navy vessels. Since then, Joe has adeptly managed marketing teams and agencies of various sizes and across different industries with a laser focus on thought leadership, lead generation and brand growth and awareness.

Joe is published in more than 100 journals, publications, and blogs including Forbes, Wall Street Journal, Women’s Wear Daily. CNBC, Time, Fortune and Marketing Sherpa. In addition, he assisted in rewriting the curriculum for the Fashion Business Management department at the Fashion Institute of Technology and worked with the team to introduce big data and predictive analytics to the college.

As InnovaQor’s head of marketing, Joe will head the lead generation and brand awareness for the suite of InnovaQor’s SasS based healthcare solutions that are redefining the way hospitals, rehabilitation facilities and labs use data to create the optimum experience for both patients and practitioners.

Albert Kish

Senior Network Engineer

Albert Kish is an innovative, solutions-driven IT Professional with demonstrated and in-depth experience in systems and network analysis, upgrade, and administration. Albert has core expertise in managing and deploying enterprise-level Windows server/desktop hardware, OS, software migrations and support projects, with extensive experience in VMware vSphere 4.1, Microsoft Exchange administration, Wireless Device management and Data Backup & Recovery.

Albert is currently a Senior Network Engineer at InnovaQor and has 28 years’ experience working within the IT Industry. In previous roles, Albert has acted as an Electronics Engineering Technician and a LAN Systems Analyst where he maintained all network infrastructure administration and support functions for a 400 user multi-platform Windows 2003/2000 server environment. More recently, Albert has spent the past 7 years working for Rennova Health as a Senior Network Engineer & Office365 Admin. This has involved overseeing and managing the IT department at corporate and of Rennova Health owned subsidiaries located throughout the US. He also maintained all network infrastructure administration and support functions in a very fast paced IT environment, for a 400+ user multi-platform Windows 20012R2 and 2016 server environment with Microsoft Office 365 email platform and heavy Microsoft Teams utilization along with OneDrive and SharePoint.

Albert is a Microsoft Certified Professional and holds certifications in Network+, A+ and has multiple certifications for further education as he continues to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.

Sonya Hutson

Business Operations Manager

Sonya specializes in the creation, management and streamlining of client relations departments while partnering with IT teams to improve analytics and reporting for clients, to improve overall business operations.

Sonya’s previous experience includes working with AstraZeneca for two years where she focused on marketing and message scripting for various brands under their umbrella. She has also created and managed the client relations department for a leading behavioral health RCM company, with the improvement in client retention resulting in 200% growth in the client base in under 3 years. In her most recent position Sonya centralized and reorganized patient access departments at Rennova Health owned hospitals, leading to better employee engagement and performance and a 95% increase in front-end collection activity.

Sonya attended international schools for primary and secondary: The Anglo-American School in Moscow and School of the Nations in Georgetown. She earned an A.I.C.E. Diploma (with Merit) from Cambridge University and a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in English Literature from the University of East Anglia in the UK.

Babalwa  Mnyaka

Accountant

Ms. Mnyaka is a Management Accountant with a passion for success. Her key areas of expertise include budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, inventory management, revenue management, systems analysis, and customer services.

Babalwa has over ten years’ experience working in finance across multiple sectors. Babalwa previously spent seven years working for South African Airways where she earned multiple promotions and spend time in different areas of the company, ranging from accounts payable to strategic and financial planning and revenue optimization. In her most recent position with South African Airways as a Commercial Systems Analyst, she oversaw overall system analyst functions for the commercial division.

As an Accountant at InnovaQor, Babalwa is responsible for managing all functions in relation to accounts receivables and payables including invoice and customer payment management, bank reconciliations and intercompany accounts. Babalwa holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting) from Damelin Graduate College, a Diploma in Management Accounting, and an Adv. Diploma in Management Accounting from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. She is currently working towards her Strategy Level for Membership.

Thomas Laussermair

Consultant

Thomas was responsible for all IT infrastructure and software solutions, including design, development, testing, and support for all products and services provided by Rennova HTS. He has 25+ years of experience in Software Engineering and Information Technology. He began as a software engineer and researcher with a focus on machine learning, then discovered his passion for managing and empowering highly technical people. Thomas has worked at large companies including Siemens, Microsoft, and Citrix Systems, which gave him valuable experience with large-scale software development and international project management.

Thomas is a multi-cultural leader with a passion for both people and technology, with deep experience in operational excellence and systemic optimization. He graduated from Technical University Munich in 1986 with a Ph.D in Computer Science and holds several patents.
